As she mourns the loss of another adoption, Lizelle’s world comes crashing down when her ex-boyfriend/rapist moves into the adjoining duplex with his new wife and infant child. No longer able to run from the past, Lizelle is forced to choose between forgiveness and revenge.
Allison Orr Block received her Masters of Fine Arts degree in Drama and Theatre for Youth (with an emphasis in Playwriting) from The University of Texas at Austin. Produced plays include: The Nerve of Some People (The Regroup Theatre, New York City) and Packing Memories (TheatreASAP, San Antonio and FronteraFest 2010). She has also enjoyed years of performing in theatres across the country. (Well… just three states, actually… Georgia, California and Texas.)
