Carl Gonzales is a Mexican/Indigenous Director, Playwright, and Actor. Recent directing credits include Clyde’s (B Iden Payne winner, Ground Floor Theatre), Anna In The Tropics (B. Iden Payne award winner, Ground Floor Theatre), Tick Tick… Boom (TexArts), Dulce (Austin Scottish Rite Theatre), and The Brunch Crowd (Texas State University). Most recently, Carl’s play Mom and Pop was chosen for Jarrott Productions’ Opening Act Initiative. Coming up next, Carl will be directing Dillon Chitto’s Pueblo Revolt with Ground Floor Theatre.
