SHARDS OF LOVE by Paullette MacDougal

In nine comic vignettes, Shards of Love explores the less-than-perfect love relationships of eight couples ranging in age from their 20’s to their 90’s. Paullette welcomes ASW members critiques to help her polish this play in preparation for its premiere production by Paradox Players in February 2010. Shards of Love will kick off the 10th Anniversary (and 26th main stage production) of this theater.
Paullette MacDougal is Artistic Director and Co-Founder of Paradox Players. Holding an M.F.A. degree from Columbia University School of the Arts, she’s an award-winning playwright and filmmaker whose plays have been staged widely in the U.S. as well as in England and Australia. Paullette’s drama Waiting for MacArthur (Dramatic Publishing) recently played in theaters in Maine, Washington, and Georgia.
