When the health nut Cody leaves Austin for the holiday season to go visit his family in rural Mississippi, cultures clash as he tries to put his newfound learning on their set traditional ways. Can Cody convince them to adopt a healthier lifestyle before they all die, or will they run him out of town first?
Jason Carr grew up in a small town in Northeast Mississippi. He has been a member of ScriptWorks since 2011. He has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and tutors students part time. He writes in almost every form from nonfiction essays, to fiction, to playwriting.
