Carl Gonzales(He/him él) is an Indigenous artist located in Austin, TX. Some of his recent projects include directing the award-winning production of ANNA IN THE TROPICS with Ground Floor Theatre. As a playwright, he recently wrote the short play La Planchada for which he received a ScriptWorks FronteraFest Commission. La Planchada advanced to Best of Fest at FronteraFest 2023.
